The spot was perfect, right by the lake and the bike path, and the room was spotless; breakfast offered both sweet and savory options. The owner was incredibly kind, let us bring our bikes inside, and we could leave the car in the parking while we explored. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding an extra pillow to the room.

The room was spacious and clean. There was no air conditioning, so it got very hot despite the blinds, but a fan helped keep the temperature down. The bathroom was tidy, though the shower cabin was a bit narrow. Unfortunately, towels weren’t replaced over five days and they smelled musty. There was only a small bin that wasn’t emptied. A two‑door wardrobe had one door broken, no door knob, and when opened the door fell off several hinges on the side, barely catching it. Tiny screws were everywhere, suggesting the door had fallen off before. The host was very friendly and helpful, and she provided a great breakfast every day. The car could be parked on the property, which was very convenient. Our two folding bikes could be stored in the hallway and stairwell, which was safe but only works for small bikes.

The breakfast was more than good. It’s on a busy street, which is great for newcomers who need a reference point. The staff were very kind. The building is brand new; it’s fine except for the lack of a handrail along the stairs.
