The location was stunning, surrounded by lush green mountains with a mesmerizing view of the flowing river right next to the property. The owner Mr Happy and Chef Mr. Vinay were both supportive and kind. The property is 100 metres from the starting point of the Kareri trek. Everything was great, but the property is 50 to 100 metres from the road, so you have to walk a little.

The breakfast was solid and the spot is gorgeous, though getting in was a bit of a hassle.

Next to a clean running stream where you can play, this place feels safe and close to nature—perfect for kids to see birds, butterflies, and a play area, just 1½ km from a great trek. The food is freshly cooked with familiar spices, so you won’t worry about meals. Rooms are spacious with king‑size beds and offer lovely window views. Just bring a BSNL sim for Wi‑Fi because Airtel isn’t available. Everything else was nice.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. They cooked a tasty dal for dinner and the breakfast was delicious, plus the sunset view was beautiful.
