Near and clear. Room Service Very Bad, breakfast timing given upto 10.00am but few live breakfast item closed earlier by 9.30am. Room service delivery of foods too late due to less numbers of service staff and team

The location and accessibility were fine, yet the staff were terrible and unhelpful. The night manager, Praveen, a 26‑year‑old rookie, was extremely rude; I caught him sleeping in the lobby every time I returned from the day. When I tried to explain that this damaged the hotel’s reputation, he argued with me. Then, when I asked for a receipt, he sent me a screenshot instead of a proper paper copy—unprofessional, so I’ll take my business elsewhere.
