I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from the panoramic window was stunning, but unfortunately, the bathroom was a letdown, feeling more like a budget motel than a hotel. The shower had poor water pressure, the toilet was dirty, and the staff seemed uninformed. Additionally, the breakfast options didn't quite suit European tastes, with even locals complaining about the excessive glutamate and sugar in the Pho.
