The beachfront was gorgeous, rooms spotless, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The location was spot‑on for nearby attractions. The only gripe: the beds were hard and not very comfortable, a problem we’d seen at Sugar Bay too.

Food was decent and the cocktail selection was solid. The beach itself was lovely, and a few staff members were friendly. But I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth from the all‑inclusive package—nothing special about the room or its view, and some staff were a bit unfriendly and could step up their service.

Loved the outdoor dining and bar spots, plus the beach was top‑notch. Three pools and the staff went above and beyond, making the whole stay great.

The staff were lovely, but the building and rooms were filthy and old‑fashioned. Dinner food was basically inedible.

Breakfast was lackluster—needs more options. Overall food quality could use a boost. In Barbados, you’d expect more authentic local dishes; only one lunch a week is too little. It feels like the hotel isn’t embracing its culture or the owners aren’t invested in showcasing Barbadian cuisine.
