Beautiful interior, very tasty. In the room it was impossible to lower the temperature and it was very hot; also the shower pressure was not good.

All 10 out of 10! I just didn’t understand the concept that children under 12 are not allowed. Also, with the spa closed, kids would just stay one night in the room and have only half an hour for breakfast.

Very friendly staff. The kitchen is amazing. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. The impeccable cleanliness is astonishing.

The hotel boasts a superb location and makes a great first impression with its stylish lobby and restaurant, tasty menu and lovely water view, and the grounds hint at future upgrades like a pool and pier. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of the claimed five‑star level and the price. First, we never received the promised complimentary champagne and sweets in the room, nor any stay‑terms or contract; a persistent kitchen‑hood smell lingered on the third‑floor corridor, and at 8:00 am the sound of a grinder woke us as workers began cutting tiles. Dinner was a disaster: we were the only guests, ordered Prosecco, and the waiter somehow poured six glasses from a single 750 ml bottle, leaving a third of the bottle untouched; we were later billed for ten glasses, which mathematically required two bottles, yet we only saw one bottle on the table. The bill for those ten glasses of basic Prosecco (Giustino B. Valdobbiadene) came to 7 000 UAH, while the same bottle costs about 950 UAH locally or €13.5 in Europe – over €120 per bottle. We paid without argument but were left with a sour taste. Later, we were charged 5 500 UAH for a “breakfast included in the stay” plus guest champagne that should have been covered, forcing us to dispute the charge; we eventually paid 1 568 UAH for the champagne after they served the same Prosecco again. The final blow came at checkout when the receptionist, in an overtly condescending tone, demanded we pay for carpet cleaning for alleged red‑wine stains we never made, and also charged us for “soiled bedding” with a shocked “how could you!” attitude. It feels like a local scheme to force guests to buy the very linens they slept on, a tactic I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews. The hotel lacks the professionalism and service standards expected of a five‑star property, and even the check‑in paperwork that should formalise the guest‑hotel relationship was missing. Behind the attractive façade lies a thin veneer of unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for guests. I cannot recommend it to anyone who values their peace of mind.
