The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown – it was super minimalist, with only one chair and no coffee facilities to speak of. On top of that, the self-check-in process was a bit of a puzzle to figure out.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the service was a different story. I never saw a single member of staff around, which was really frustrating when I had questions or needed help. It would've been great to have a dedicated desk or reception area where I could go with any queries, but as it was, I was left to figure things out on my own.
