The building is new with new furnishings and close to all services (barber, bathhouse, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants) all within walking distance. There is parking under the building and a café inside the hotel. I also thank the owner for his kindness and generosity; he promised to deliver coffee and dates to my room free of charge. I will visit again, God willing.

The place was just average but clean; there was no water, tea, or anything in the kitchen.

The apartment was spotless, well‑furnished and even had a coffee machine inside the hotel, plus the rooms offered internet access. Unfortunately, every air‑conditioner faced the bed, the ground‑level parking entrance was steep, dark and felt abandoned.
