The hotel's location was super convenient, but unfortunately, the facilities were a bit run down and the cleanliness could be improved. It's a shame, because the location is really great.

The hotel's location right opposite the beach was beautiful, but the hotel itself was a bit old and the rooms were spacious but had a lot of empty space and outdated furniture. To make matters worse, the breakfast was just two options, not a buffet as I had hoped.

The hotel's ocean view was absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. It was old and could use some renovation. Still, the breathtaking view from the room made up for it.

The hotel's breakfast was pretty standard, but since they had a lot of guests, they couldn't offer a buffet. The location, however, was perfect - right on the beach front. I was generally satisfied with my stay, but I did miss having free tea and coffee in the room.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the sea, and it was located right next to the town square and night market, which was super convenient. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. The people of Phu Yen were also incredibly welcoming and the scenery was stunning. I'd definitely come back to Phu Yen and Long Beach.
