I couldn’t reach the hotel by phone. They didn’t reply to emails either, whether through Booking or directly. We wanted to cancel the reservation. It’s not about a refund but the lack of contact.

The staff were friendly and the hotel stayed tidy, offering good value for the price, but the beds felt too soft.

The location fit our needs and the beds were quite comfortable. Cereals and yogurt were all sugary, the breakfast potatoes turned out mushy, and the eggs… were they real eggs? We had to dodge the floor‑cleaning crew in the lobby.
