All the facilities were in order and the price was cheap. I appreciated the appliances that weren't listed online – a rice cooker, a toaster, a washing machine – and the owner was very courteous. I only realized the washing machine was on the balcony the next morning. The bathroom turned out to be smaller than I imagined, and I wish there had been a fold‑away or small table inside the room.

The place was very clean and the renovation was a plus. The only drawback was that the bathtub was small, but that's understandable and not a problem.

I rented a bicycle and headed to the hot springs; the brakes were a bit weak but it was still very useful. The only downside was the stairs on the third floor, which felt a bit steep.

We stayed there for our graduation trip as a group of three university students. The room was stylish and clean, and the amenities like the microwave, fridge, and kettle were great. Just be aware that the toilet and bath are a bit tight.
