It was a fantastic everyday recharge; we can only recommend it—perfect 10/10! We arrived on a weekday and spent a few incredibly relaxing days there. The hospitality was exemplary: the host greeted us personally on site, showed everything in detail, and explained the house. It was especially nice that he texted or called in the evening to check if everything was fine or if we needed anything. A few highlights that made us love the place: Gastronomy: The optional breakfast was unbelievably tasty, generous, and a great value. The house and its facilities: We were welcomed by impeccable cleanliness. The house was comfortable and fully equipped. If you left your games at home, that’s fine too, because there are plenty of board games waiting for you in the house! The huge, semi‑open common area was a great spot for friendly ping‑pong tournaments. Another plus was that despite the 35‑40 °C outdoor heat, the house stayed pleasantly cool without air conditioning! Terrace and relaxation: Thanks to the comfortable furniture (tables, chairs, corner sofa) on the terrace, we all fit perfectly for long conversations, socializing, and refreshing spritz parties in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the sun‑bathers could tan on the new, comfortable recliners in the garden. Wellness experience: The Paros salt spa was not heated because of the warmth, but the water, which warmed to 26‑28 °C during the day, still provided an incredibly refreshing and pleasant experience. We didn’t use the sauna, but we took a look: it was also perfectly clean and spacious! Environment and mood: The view of the Bakony is beautiful, and the area is extremely quiet. The courtyard’s high walls, the lambs grazing in the back garden, and the little stream at the end of the property create a truly authentic countryside idyll. Dog‑friendly and flexible: Even though our dog‑friendly partner couldn’t join us, it’s a huge relief and joy to know that the place is completely dog‑friendly (even large Labradors are welcome).

Even in this warm weather, it’s a perfect place—cool house, shady garden! There’s a lake and a stream below, and the dog loved it. We think it’s also ideal for travelers with pets, but next time we’ll come back with a larger family.
