The staff is exceptional and treats you like family. They have water and snacks in the office to share with rhe guests. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. I cannot complain about anything

Parking is just outside the door and the towels are soft and clean. But when checking in after hours, the staff is already in the room and the doorbell doesn’t work, so the person who checked us in seemed annoyed by our late arrival. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and dirty, and both the AC and heater emit a strong bad smell, as if they need a filter cleaned.
