I could reach the hotel from Halifax airport with no trouble, the room was large, spotless, and the breakfast was good.

The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space for us. The noise from the room above us was unbearable, like a herd of elephants moving furniture—an odd thing for a hotel, and it was still that loud in the morning, which was strange. I also didn’t appreciate the cleaning staff entering our room on Sunday at 9:45 am, turning on the light, and saying “hello housekeeping” while we were still in bed.

The facilities were clean and the staff were accommodating, yet the left side of the bed in room 313 felt like it had sunk in when you sat on the edge to get in, though it was still comfortable.
