The location was convenient since we were at the trade fair. The front‑desk and bar staff spoke loudly and were a bit noisy. It’s fine to have fun at work, but please keep it down a bit. One person was on the phone scrolling while a long check‑in queue was visible. That guest had checked in earlier that evening, so the bartender was not fresh. The glass nightstand and glass table had a cool glowing effect, but unfortunately the marks on those glasses gave a feeling of uncleanliness. Fingerprints, etc., made the room feel dirty. There was a visible spot on the wall near the bed, which is not smart when the wall isn’t kept clean. The shower drain was quite clogged; the poor housekeeping came with a dish‑brush and tried to fix it. The mirror was scratched and appeared after hot water use. Some areas of the shower had short dark hair.

I liked the location. The cleaning was terrible. I asked for the room to be cleaned after two days, and they said yes, but it didn’t happen. On day three it was cleaned, but it didn’t look like they did a good job. Lots of dust and debris after the cleaning.

Good beds. The breakfast was dull, the same every day. It was a bit dirty around, disappointing that you can’t put anything in the room when you shop.

The room was clean, very well equipped with comfortable beds, and it looked and felt new. Parking is very close to the hotel, and although it’s a bit far from other areas, there are solid dinner choices inside. Parking is cheaper than the city center, but for a property in the middle of nowhere it should be free!
