“Was not happy”

The first room we stayed in was dirty and had a bad odor, and the second room lacked hot water and was near a police presence, which made us feel uneasy. The overall smell in the rooms could have been better, and the cleaning could be improved.

Was there for 4 nights not one housekeeper came by for towels or check if we needed anything I know in some hotels its up on request for some certain days but 4 days is just wasn’t sitting right when I’m coming from San Diego .Thank you

“It wasn't a vacation, I had to find a place for the night and my granddaughter choose this one.”

The rooms were very clean and in working order. The property was well kept up, looks new. The parkimg lot was well lite and clean as well, came in after 10 the night person was very nice and ask how our trip was going, and yes I told him.lol. The people and the security guard he was number one. He interacted with my 5 year old grandson. We lost our ticket to the breakfast and the young man at the front desk gav us another one. He did ask for id and room number which I understand and was very happy to give him

“Worst overnight stay EVER!!!!!”

The price for a night was the only positive, but the rude worker Saim, the smoke‑filled air, the torn shower curtain, the stained sheets, the broken table leg, the lack of drainage in the shower and sink, and the fact that my car almost got towed because I had to put a slip in my window and provide my make, model, color and plate number on the rental paperwork—all of this, plus the continued rude behavior—made it the worst stay ever!
