Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
There are two properties, and the photos show a mix of both, so it’s unclear which one you’re booking. The lift can’t be used from the parking area, and only one staff member was available, so you had to wait for his help. The room size is fine, nothing else to note. The location, facilities, and service leave much to be desired.

The location is good, but the room was too small for a family.

Bad experience… not worth it.

Everything worked fine—just keep it that way. No complaints.

Everything was fine overall and I’m satisfied. A bit more improvement could help, but otherwise it’s okay.
