The staff were super friendly and helpful, yet the room was clean overall but lacked detail, especially in the bathroom, and the AC didn’t work well.

The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and they even helped with our luggage. I also liked that there’s a mini‑mart just outside the hotel that’s open 24/7, which was very convenient. The room was a bit surprising: when you open the door, you’re already in the bathroom area with a bathtub and sink. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it would have been nice to know this from the pictures before booking, especially since the hotel has many different room types. The shower drain was clogged even before we used it, and the tissue provided was almost empty. The room was also quite dark, as some of the lights weren’t working.
