The hotel blew my expectations away—its location is flawless, we even saw a herd of reindeer crossing the road on our way in, free parking lines the street, and Carrefour is just a three‑minute walk away; you can step out of the hotel onto the ski run and glide straight to the lifts, restaurants, and the ski‑pass office. Every staff member, from reception onward, was warm and helpful. Breakfast offers a solid buffet, while dinner is simply superb, elegant and delicious. The rooms are comfortable with high‑quality linens, towels, robes, slippers, and a great toiletries set, plus a balcony overlooking the slopes. After a day on the mountain, the pool, sauna and jacuzzi are a true lifesaver, all impeccably clean. Book the sauna early in the day because it fills up by evening. Kids spent each day playing billiards and table tennis. The on‑site ski‑gear rental is reasonably priced, and Johnny proved to be the best selector and advisor.

The location right on the slope is fantastic, featuring a beautiful terrace, though the furniture feels a bit dated.

Had a really lovely stay with my family. The hotel has a warm, family-run feel, which makes a big difference compared to larger places. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always happy to assist and make sure everything was comfortable. You can really tell they care about their guests. The ski hire shop was also excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and easy. There’s also a great restaurant on site, with good food and drinks. Would definitely stay again

The location is perfect for ski in and out, and every room offers nice views. The board games area and cozy fire are great after a long day on the slopes, and the sauna and jacuzzi add a nice touch. A room stocked with baby toys and books was handy for our little one, while the ping pong and pool table kept the older kids entertained. The bubble lift, which fits a large pushchair, runs until 11.30 pm down to the shops and restaurants just behind the hotel, so you can head out if you miss the last chair up at 5 pm. The food is very good, and vegetarian options are well catered for. The hotel feels homely, classic, and comfortable without being pretentious. A couple of staff members were a bit moody at times. When our friends joined us on the terrace, they spent a lot of money but were told they couldn’t buy drinks after 6 pm even though we were sitting together—so I had to order as a hotel guest, which felt odd and pointless.
