“Great place”
The staff were very helpful.
The motel wasn’t in the building I thought I’d booked; it was a few blocks away, sharing a parking lot with a gas station near the train tracks. If you’ve seen “My Cousin Vinny,” you’ll get the vibe—two freight trains rattled me awake at 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.
“Old uncomfortable motel”
We stayed in a satellite room off the main hotel, the beds were rock‑hard, and the room was right next to a railroad track with trains running all night. There were no tech features like USB ports, and the place felt like a very old motel.
“Worse experience I have had traveling”
Nothing positive—just the towels earned me the stars. Where do I start… I used my GPS to find the address I booked, only to be told the room was a few blocks away and there was no staff on site. I was offered an extra $20 to stay at the booked address, paid it, and received no refund. The door was flimsy with no deadbolt, the body wash and shampoo were empty, and there was no hair dryer. I’ve booked with them for years and never had a problem; this stay felt like a scam. Check my account—no disputes before, but this was unacceptable.
