Complaint management works very well. They respond immediately and offer a solution. Food in the restaurant is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very nice with direct access to the sea. Too few staff for so many guests. It is hard to find a table in the air‑conditioned area if you come a bit later. The rooms in the two main buildings seem good, all the others are probably quite run down. No food 24 h available, which I would expect in a 5 * hotel. Too few elevators.

I enjoyed the pool, the sea view, and the food, but the place was too crowded; you can’t find a spot to lay down near the pool, so you have to wake up early and leave your towel there to reserve a place. The restaurant turned into a chaotic mess where people hit each other and there was no respect.

The pool is very nice, the guy with the shisha was amazing, the food is acceptable. First, this is a maximum 3‑star hotel, they didn’t give the room you booked, and when you ask them to change the room because it’s not the room for what you pay, they refuse. The bathroom is very old and is smelly so bad, the air conditioning is not working all the time.

I was surprised that a hotel claiming to be 5‑star didn’t provide any shampoo or conditioner; we stayed for 2 weeks and never received a single bottle of shampoo.
