I didn’t use the pool or grill this time, but they were clean and ready as always. The place stays very clean each year we visit. However, the TVs didn’t work and I was hit with extra charges after I’d already paid online.

The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi‑Fi, shower, and fridge all worked fine, and the location was great.

This is my second year staying here. It's only a few blocks away from the boardwalk and 7-11 is conveniently located a street in front. I also love that it's right next to the police station in case something were to happen they're very close. The gentleman that are there to check us in are always friendly and very nice. We ended up staying in the same room both years and it was clean and very comfortable. I travel with a friend amd our teen daughters take the one bedroom and us mom's sleep in the front room with the door. The last day we were there this year my friend ended up wanting to extend our stay, and we were told we had to switch rooms. Which was not a problem at all because we understood others had booked ahead of us. We were told to wait in the room until the one we were moving into was cleaned. My friend got charged a late check out fee of $50 which we were not told about nor aware of. We would have taken our belongings out of the room and waited in the car for the switch had we known. Sneaking the extra charge in there was a bit rude without informing us about it. We were told by the woman at the counter to wait in the room, so we shouldn't have been charged the fee. We were solely doing what she asked of us. My friend paid for 1 night what I had paid for 2 nights and we were shifted into a smaller room with less beds. Also just because it was a Saturday night into Sunday. Definitely making sure I don't book my stay over the weekend next year. I know lots of places charge more for weekends, but more than double for a smaller room and less beds was a bit sad

The inside was impeccably clean, but the outside looked terrible and clearly needed a complete overhaul.
