“I’m glad the room was decent or we would have had to leave.”

The spot was great and the room itself was solid. The hot tub was in rough shape, jets were dead, and it clearly needed a deep clean. Breakfast was a disaster: no coffee at 8 am, the waffle nozzle was broken, and by the time someone checked it we were already out. Apple juice was missing from the machine, orange and cranberry juices were watered down. It seemed like only one staff member was on duty except for housekeeping. This place definitely isn’t a plus hotel.

“Good location, Not worth the money.”

The property looked okay but felt pretty rundown. The pillows on the bed were nice and the towels were good quality. Staff were clueless and never seemed to grasp any question. Rooms weren’t clean; the shower had stains everywhere and the whole hotel had a musty smell.

Finding the place was a breeze and it was super comfy. Nothing else to note.

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would stay again.”

The staff was amazing, very warm and welcoming! Especially Elisa, we had a few hiccups when we checked in and she was so kind and accommodating. Honestly, I've never experienced such a helpful, cheerful and kind front desk person. She is great at her job and knows how to welcome guests. Unfortunately 1 of the rooms we were given hadn't been completely cleaned. However, when we informed the front desk they were quick to give us a new clean room and seemed very upset that our room was not properly cleaned and said they would address the issue with the cleaning crew
