The room was on a smoking floor even though I requested a non‑smoking floor, and the smell was unpleasant as soon as we entered; they said it was based on availability. The master bedroom’s bathroom had no door, which was very annoying and uncomfortable, especially with kids.

The 2‑bedroom apartment unit was spacious, but the balcony was smaller than the photos showed and the view didn’t match the images; full disclosure of view options (city, sea, etc.) is needed. The room lacked an espresso machine, and after multiple requests only decaf capsules were provided—having an espresso machine with several capsule choices is a basic expectation for a 4‑5 star property. They also refuse to deliver outside food or drinks to the room, a policy that wasn’t disclosed; the staff even declined to hold my order at reception or the lobby for me to pick up. The pillows were far too soft.
