The hotel was very pleasant, everything was clean, the bed and linens were excellent, and the breakfast was average. The staff could not speak English at all. We asked for documents for accounting, they promised to give them at checkout, but it seemed they didn’t understand what we wanted, so they never handed them over. I booked this hotel thinking it was near the exhibition complex, but there were actually two and we needed the other one, so we drove about 40 minutes by taxi. Still, the hotel left a positive impression and my colleagues all liked it.

They also helped me find things to do in Qingdao and added me to the hotel’s WeChat to make communication easier and share locations of recommended spots. I was disappointed that the fitness center was closed, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel because I wanted to work out during my stay.
