The location is great, but the lightbulbs didn’t work and there was no dishwasher.

The location is fine. No breakfast was offered. The office isn’t at the motel. The room wasn’t cleaned. Time‑share folks were on us. There were no conveniences, no ice, etc.

Clean, good tv and cable signal. Very inexpensive. I would stay here again now that I know what to expect and knowing that it is clean, but I was not prepared for the things I mention under "what I didn't like.". Reservation described room as deluxe studio which would infer extra room, above average grade furniture etc. Not the case, very tiny room, minimal furniture, dark, no outlet by bed. Reservation also stated microwave and refrigerator were present.they were not. It was unclear where to check in upon entering the building. I finally saw the sign that directed me to a building 1/2 block away. No security on entrance doors, unlocked 24 hours/day. Surprised that other rooms were occupied by long term residents

The price was decent, but the customer service and the hotel communication app were poor. They gave us a room that didn’t match the description on the booking site, so the front desk staff didn’t believe me at first, took a long time to resolve it, and the whole process was huge and drawn out.
