I asked for an early check‑in, but at first I was told no rooms were available. Later, when I mentioned I’d already submitted an online request, I was told to wait until 9:00 AM. After that, I was told I’d have to pay an extra charge for early check‑in, even though I’d already made the request in advance. Then they said I’d have to check out at 7:00 AM the next morning. I’ve never met hotel staff who make such misleading statements. They even complained that I shouldn’t have booked online because it causes them a loss.

There was no response. They cancelled my booking at 2 AM with no reason.
