I booked through Booking, messaged on Facebook to confirm availability, only to be told the room was sold out when I arrived, and was pushed to a different place—absolutely terrible.

The hotel offers reasonable rates, solid service, and the staff are very enthusiastic in helping guests. The location is also convenient for anyone needing to go to a concert at SECC.
