Everything was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle. The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to explore Casablanca. The staff were very friendly, polite, and professional, always ready to help. We especially appreciated the valet parking service, which made arriving by car very easy and comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Casablanca

The breakfast didn’t hit the mark, both in variety and in the service; it felt like the same generic options you find in budget hotels, so it could use a more authentic local touch.

A hotel right in the city centre and close to all amenities; the rooms are high‑end and perfectly sound‑proofed, the bedding is very comfortable, and the hotel staff are very responsive and attentive to every request.

Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Для Марокко неплохой отель. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный. У нас было забронировано 2 номера коннектинг. В итоге, это не совсем типовые коннектинг румс, где есть дверь между двумя номерами (что удобно, когда путешествуешь с детьми), а два полностью отдельных номера, расположенных рядом. В одном из номеров был неприятный запах сырости. Вода была теплой, но не горячей, даже после принятия душа в течение 15 минут
