There weren’t many people around, which was nice, but the rooms already show wear—silicone seams in the shower are worn, there are stains or scratches on the walls, and the balcony doors are stiff.

The place sits in a lovely spot by Lake Plauer with plenty of green forest nearby, and the resort itself has a great spa area.

The spa area and surroundings are nice, but there are no coffee pods included and no separate soap.

The location and the beautiful nature are great.

The location, the wellness center, and the room are all top, and we spent a long weekend by the lake, on the lake, and around the lake, but the service staff—especially on the terrace—were not attentive or even absent, and dishes stayed outside for more than two days.
