The rooms were clean, the location convenient, and parking was easy, but after booking and paying online, extra fees were automatically deducted from the deposit, and we had to pay $40 for an open, unsecured parking lot.

I struggled to get help when I had a problem with Bookin; the support was lacking.

The spot was great, but the rooms smelled musty and the breakfast felt like it came straight from a microwave; only one staff member handled coffee, food orders, and deliveries, and the dishes were left on the counter, cooling while we waited. I also tried the onsite ATM, got approval but no cash, and the front‑desk staff didn’t know how to fix it or where the nearest ATM was.

The housemaids were excellent and kept the room super tidy every day, and the front desk and bartender were all very nice, but the property feels a bit dated and could use a spruce‑up—just age.
