The spa facilities were lovely and the room was comfortable and clean. I only spoke to the staff when checking in, but they seemed friendly. The breakfast was okay; I know with a buffet style it’s hard to keep the hot food fresh when it’s left out for a while. Bacon was a tad dry and hash browns weren’t super crisp, but the rest was good.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly; the spa area was spotless, offering a sauna, steam room, and pool free for guests, plus a good range of treatments with generous opening hours over the weekend. The food was tasty and not overpriced for a hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was good value for money, especially considering the spa facilities, and I would definitely return. The only small issues were the bed in our room being close to the wall and the remote being temperamental.

I could use the spa and pool, but the room was uncomfortably hot and the staff were unfriendly; the receptionist handed me my key without checking any details or saying anything.

I just love the place, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient and the hotel accommodated a room change to avoid stairs because there was no lift. However, arriving on a Friday for a one‑night stay left me disappointed that no spa sessions were available until Sunday.
