The location is good, the staff is friendly, and for the price it’s decent accommodation for a short stay. Nothing negative.

The hotel is pretty, clean, and modern. The staff is kind. We stayed only one night, but I recommend it. The parking is right behind the hotel, fenced and safe. I have nothing to criticize.

The room was good, but the breakfast could have been better.

We liked that the parking could be locked. Unfortunately, there’s a lot to say. First, the lobby with the beautiful marble was listed online as the breakfast area, which is a blatant lie! The hotel claimed to be wheelchair accessible, yet the breakfast room was only reachable by stairs in the basement. The room had no windows, the floor covering was broken, but a huge TV was mounted on the wall and kept playing all the time. Both safes in the room were broken, the curtains were torn at the edges. The worst was a huge mold stain in the bathroom that spread from the ceiling to two other walls; the black mold stayed on the toilet rim for two days. The bathroom also smelled because of the mold. One evening we went to the bar for a drink— the beer was warm. On the terrace there was a drink menu for the City Bar, but none of the items listed were actually available. Very disappointing.

The location makes it easy to find parking nearby, even if it’s not in the hotel’s own lot. The room has two partially sunken windows with bars, a shower that looks like it’s from the 1970s, a tiny TV, a breakfast of low quality, and underground venues with a ceiling spot where paint flakes off (see photo). There’s no one at reception at night, which is unacceptable for a 3‑star, and everything outside is plastic.
