The bedroom was spacious, but the kitchen was filthy and the advertised private bathroom was not ensuite. Communal areas like the kitchen and lounge had items scattered everywhere. Even though there was an allocated parking driveway, a neighbor parked in a way that made it almost impossible to drive through. Despite a safe key box, there were no instructions in the booking; I had to call the landlord to learn how to get into the house. The owner told me to leave the keys in the safe box but didn’t give me the code, so I had to ring them again.

I had no positive aspects to mention. I had originally planned to arrive at 9 pm because of a late booking, but I was told to come around 11 pm. I arrived before 11 but there was no one there, and I was parked close to the only street leading to the house. No communication until midnight. Later, a message asked where I was, and I explained I was parked nearby. I was told to drive to the property, but before I could, a car came from the house and told me they were waiting. I suspect the owner was at the property all along, perhaps doing laundry or waiting for someone to leave before allowing me in. The bedding was creased as if someone had used it before or had just been in the dryer. Imagine driving in at night only to be turned away for three hours. It feels like a place for desperate people, even though there is free Wi‑Fi.

I was told the place would be secure and private, but that wasn't the case at all; other house members could see me, and the owner called me two hours before I arrived demanding extra money as a damage bond. I couldn't bring myself to stay, so we left after five minutes and didn't spend the night because I didn't feel safe.

The surroundings and facilities were fairly satisfactory. The wellness area (pool, jacuzzi, and sauna with steam bath) was also quite adequate. I don't have any complaints.
