Overall, everything was fine, the breakfast was a good meal. The administrative side needs improvement: a few weeks before our arrival (8 people) the hotel emailed me asking for the full details of my friends. That turned out to be useless because we were all asked to fill out the same information again on a supplementary form handed over at the front desk! When we left, the receptionist asked one of my friends to pay for his room, even though it had already been charged to my credit card four days earlier. The restaurant served a good meal but the wait was long, even though occupancy was low, and the sauces arrived very late after the meal had started. I will come back to your magnificent hotel, but a minimum administrative improvement would be desirable. Best regards.

Nice facility, renovated from a factory, very special. The environment is also quite nice. The front desk feels unprofessional; during check‑out we wanted an invoice, waited 15 minutes while the employee was still on the phone. We had to leave for our next appointment and agreed they could send the invoice via email. The request was written down on paper by the front desk. Until now no feedback has been received, and communication through the booking channel is also ignored by the hotel.
