“The ladies tryrd there best to staighten things out”

Everyone who booked had a terrible time checking in; they need to straighten out the reservation process because when you arrive you're told there are no rooms with reservations.

The location is good, but when I got there for a late check‑in the front desk was empty. I eventually found a staff member who said there were no vacancies and I had to leave, even though I showed my confirmation; they claimed confirmations sometimes don't work and I was out of luck. The worker then vanished and ignored the desk bell. I've never had reservation problems elsewhere. Another guest overheard us and said his reservation had a similar issue, but he managed to get a room from a canceling guest. Don't count on getting a room when you arrive.

“Receptionist great, property owners- not so much”

Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating, but the property owner was unhelpful and lacked people skills. She cancelled our booking without notice for no reason, even though we had booked months in advance. She wanted to charge us $200 a night, which is what we had booked and confirmed for three nights total. The bed sheets were low quality and the whole stay felt like time traveling to the early 90s.

“Double Booked”

They double‑booked us and I paid before I got there, yet I never got to stay and had to find another hotel after driving two hours. I've been trying to get a refund but customer support is terrible. Not happy.
