The hotel’s location is breathtaking, beautifully redecorated, and richly detailed. In the evening we dined at the buffet, which was excellent, and the reception team was smiling and kind—kudos to the manager who runs this place; we’ll return. Everything was impeccable.

The sea‑water pool offered a breathtaking view, the décor of the hotel is beautiful, staff are helpful and efficient, and the breakfast buffet is generous and varied.

I was impressed by the cleanliness, the courteous bellhops and front desk, and the hotel’s location; the Deluxe rooms offered stunning views, the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast featured a wide range of local items. However, dinner service at the buffet was slow—tables stayed uncleared an hour after guests left, and it took a long time to get a bottle of water after we ordered it. Also, despite confirming a romantic decoration for a special occasion when we booked, nothing was set up in the room on arrival, which was disappointing for a five‑star property. While these issues keep me from rating the stay “Excellent,” I would still recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a few tranquil days in Tunisia.
