Evening meal. Attention from staff and lovely room. We had a group for the evening meal and asked for around table which we were given with no fuss. Breakfast tea was rather cold . However hot water was given when asked. The breakfast food was not as good as e ending meal

The staff were lovely especially Izzy and Alex who we saw more of, always keen to help with a smile. The hotel is a bit frayed at the edges but that adds to the charm and character of what I bet was a very grand building in its hay day. The breakfast and evening meals we had were spot on. Our room though a little small was very clean and had all the bits tea coffee etc to hand there was snacks available with an honesty box system. All in all we had a great weekend with lovely sea views to watch the world go by
