Nothing positive! We arrived, the reservation was wrong, no help, no room, so we had to go to another hotel. The staff seemed unconcerned about the situation. We were there for a conference and received no assistance from the staff. We informed our conference that they should never use this hotel again.

The bed was super comfy and the price was great. I just wish they had more protein options at breakfast and regular yogurt instead of only low‑fat.

At least they gave us a roof over our heads, but everything else was garbage. The building reeks, looks worn out, and needs a serious makeover—walls, paint, caulking, you name it. The room smelled like wet dog and mildew, so much so that we had to leave an air freshener behind. The vents, the top drain area of the bathroom sink, and the baseboards were all disgusting. The pillows were terrible and left my neck and back in pain, and the carpet had burn marks and a nasty smell. I would never stay here again.
