It was pretty close to the bus stops and the metro at Juan station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My experience was excellent because I found a hotel that had been built or at least renovated very recently, with beautiful, spacious rooms and a large bathroom. I especially liked the cleanliness and order in the rooms, the reception, and the area where breakfast was served. On the last day we checked out at 12:00, but since we returned at 20:00 to pick up our luggage and we no longer had the room, they let us shower and use a room that was still supposed to be cleaned for new guests. They were very kind and deserve credit for both themselves and the property. No complaints.
Breakfast was basic—toast, cheese, cereal, orange juice and milk—yet it was good value; the room was spotless and the bathroom was enormous.
It offered great value and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast choices were very limited and repetitive.
The living room with a TV and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, though the cleanliness under the bed left a bit to be desired.

The bed and linens were as clean and pleasant to the touch as those in a five‑star hotel, the double bed was roomy and firm so both of us slept soundly, and breakfast offered simple toast with milk, plus juice and cereal, which was very convenient; there was nothing to complain about since the air‑conditioner, TV and bathroom facilities all worked perfectly.
