The stay was only average and didn’t justify the price. Privacy was minimal, and we could hear noise from neighbouring guests. The house‑converted accommodation had a kitchen sink used as a wash basin, which was inconvenient, and a window near the washroom lacked a curtain, making us feel exposed. I wouldn’t recommend it for families given the cost. The beach is close, but the walk is dark and unsafe at night, so we had to stay until 7 PM and were charged an extra ₹1,300 even though no other guests were present, including over the weekend. Overall, the experience felt overpriced in terms of privacy, facilities, and convenience.
The cleaning was lacking, and it wasn’t near the seaside.
The host was the best, but the road access to the hotel was problematic.

The staff, especially Mr. Ankit and Mr. Lakshman, were very polite. The property was spotless and comfortable, and the beach‑side location was a bonus with plenty of parking. The path from the main road was risky and muddy, especially during the rainy season, and a proper road would have been preferable.
