The spot was perfect, I even snagged an upgrade, the kids adored the pools, and the staff cat was super friendly.

The place was well situated and warm, but the laundry room was full to capacity.

The location was good, yet the carpet was stained, there were no towels when I arrived, and nobody greeted me.

The staff were helpful, but there was a smell in the cupboards, the water, and the bed under the window wasn't waterproof (we had to move the bed to sleep).
