Ai was an exceptional host, helping us find a lost piece of luggage and taking us on a tour of the fabulous city of Usuki with incredible stories. It was truly a meeting with a remarkable personality and a city worth exploring. Nothing to add.

Ai made the stay comfortable and welcoming. Her local knowledge and connections gave us a unique glimpse into the area’s culture. I appreciated that she took the time to understand what we liked, including the children’s preferences, and then tailored the experience accordingly. No complaints.

Host Ai was extremely helpful with taxi arrangements, offered a wonderful breakfast, and organized a short walking tour the next morning. The B&B is eclectic, featuring vintage china, a massage service, and accommodation all in one place. The host lives nearby, so the location is very quiet. Our room on the second floor, up a few steps, worked well for our family of three and had an en‑suite toilet. Breakfast was served in the garden. The only issue was that the second‑floor room with a table felt a bit too warm during summer.

We liked the location, the interior design, and the host’s service level. The breakfast and guided town tour were highlights, and the introductions to various local shops and businesses were very useful. The only thing we would have preferred was a bathroom that directly connected to our room.
