“zweckmässig, gut und preiswert”
The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but easily reachable by car. There’s a gate to the property, so cars are secured. The building is new and purpose‑built. Check‑in was simple and fast. The room was a pleasant size with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. It was quiet and could be well darkened. The breakfast buffet was adequate. There is a pool we didn’t use and a nice terrace. Small issues: the bartender didn’t understand the beer order correctly and reacted a bit abruptly when pointed out. The hair dryer didn’t work properly, had a motor problem and made a loud noise. The receptionist only said the rooms were new. The coffee machine at the breakfast buffet broke down and even after staff intervention my wife couldn’t get a cappuccino. The TV sets are very small and only offer live TV, no infotainment system with many features.
