Everything was great, as always when we come. The only issue was that the fireplace in our Glome wasn’t working, but Ethan at the front desk went above and beyond, personally delivering a beautiful bottle of Nova 7 and a plate of amazing desserts to us, making the situation better and leaving me completely satisfied.

The place is serene and beautiful with a lovely ambience, delicious food, and excellent service; we loved our Glome accommodation and the private view was amazing.

The lounge area in the main building was nice, yet the promised “water view” was actually half a kilometre away, hidden behind trees and rooftops. The room smelled of stale coffee that hadn’t been cleaned up near the coffee maker, and the walls were dirty with taco chips on the floor by the bed; the walls and door frames were chipped and grimy. I had to go to the bar to ask a waitress for another drink after dinner.

The treehouses were lovely, but the dining staff and front desk were quite unfriendly.
