The boutique hotel near the Duomo, restaurants, and shopping was beautiful; the bed was very comfortable, the shower huge, and the room spacious, and the rooftop seating area was perfect for watching the sunset and relaxing.

A stunning old historic building with spacious, well‑furnished rooms. The rooftop terrace offers great views of the Duomo and was a nice spot to relax. Peyman, the desk manager, greeted us warmly and was very helpful. The downside was that breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and the selection is quite limited.

Very central, lovely room, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was a problem; there were many issues and it was generally poor, so we skipped it the second morning.

The staff were excellent, especially Patricia and Payman. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. However, we had paid for a one‑bedroom with two beds off‑property, but were given a suite at the main location (the location is appreciated) that only had one bed—exactly the room we had chosen. We were told breakfast cost 15 per person, yet we were charged 20 per person at checkout.
