The new facility looked promising at first glance, but inside it was poorly maintained. The elevator was broken, Bryan at the front desk was rude and didn’t greet us when we arrived. The room had no pans, dishes, or cooking utensils. The floor was grimy with a film, a huge spill stain was right by the table, and there were sex stains on the walls—absolutely disgusting.

The room was cozy and spotless, but there were a lot of mechanical glitches: the elevator was broken, the Wi‑Fi kept cutting out, and the TV behaved oddly.

When we raised the issue about the elevator not working and the fact that we didn't receive two adjacent rooms, the manager offered a hefty discount— that was the only good part. The elevator never functioned, the rooms we booked were far apart, the breakfast was awful, and one room had electrical problems that took a while to fix.

The room itself was fantastic, but the elevator was out of order the whole time, forcing us to climb four flights of stairs several times a day. The front desk also gave the keys to a different guest, so we had to re‑scan them.
