The place was spotless and right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Nothing really to complain about.

A quiet spot that's just a short walk from the thermal baths. The Karnten card that comes with the stay gave us plenty of free entries and discounts. All in all a pleasant little base.

We really enjoyed our time there – the owner was welcoming and the KartenCard included with the price covered the first and final day of our trip. The rooms were spacious, spotless and well equipped, with modern bathrooms and a new kitchen, and breakfast was top‑notch. The hotel sits in a quiet part of town, close to everything, and parking was never an issue.

The hotel is right in the city centre, so everything was within walking distance. Nothing else to note.
