The room was clean, but there was little light, the bathroom door shut automatically, the bed was high and the mattress too soft, and the carpet floor was a drawback.
The hotel was spotless and the room was super comfortable, and every staff member was friendly and helpful, yet our room had been cancelled right when we arrived, which was absolutely unacceptable.

The newly renovated suites were clean, the pool was small but nice, the central location was easy to access, and parking was ample, but the room lacked basic supplies like towels, coffee creamer, and sugar; the kitchenette only had a microwave, no dishes, washcloths, or dish soap; there was no hot tub and the pool was being used for swimming lessons that weren’t just for hotel guests; air conditioners were right outside our bedroom windows; we were told breakfast was included when we booked, but upon arrival we were handed a voucher for 10% off instead.
