It’s convenient to Cocoa Village and Rockledge Gardens. The place was clean, the gentleman on staff was nice, the coffee was good, and the price was reasonable. The only downside was that they gave us ear plugs we didn’t need.

For a small mom‑and‑pop motel, it’s not bad. The bathroom needs an update.

I came down for some reflection, and my son enjoyed fishing with local friends. The stay was peaceful and relaxing, and the location was wonderful for a retired vet needing nearby facilities. The cleanliness and quietness were outstanding. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

This budget motel hit the mark with its clean, comfy bed and surprisingly low price. The room was small but had a decent-sized fridge and freezer, and the decor was adorable. Larry, the manager, was fantastic, and the towels were large. The kitchen area outside had tables, a microwave, toaster, a tiny ice machine, and a vending machine, all very tidy. The grounds were well maintained, making it a great value for a single night. The only downside was the traffic and train noise, though ear plugs were supplied. The shower was tiny, so taller guests might struggle, and there was no shelf or caddy for soap or body wash.
